Our CD projection welding machines basically
operate on the principle of capacitor discharge. The welders use
fabricated frame structure for housing the capacitor banks, control
circuits charging and discharging transformers. The welding
electrodes are mounted in C-shaped quick response press mechanism
and electrode movement is hydraulically/pneumatically operated.
Conservative design and use of proven components like electrolytic
capacitors, solid-state switches, ensure long welding life and ease
of operation. All recommended electrode materials is suitable for
these welders. Further, it comprises the following features: Advantages
